I am BarBara Wilder

...and like most kids I always loved to paint.
I (re)painted everything. The books, the walls and one day even the patio with shiny red tomato soup. What a joy it was, when the bright color and creamy texture filled itself between the greenish glazed tiles. Well..my mum had another idea of art but you know, not everybody can see the beauty in certain creations.
Anyway, I always painted a lot.
For me, painting is one of the most gorgeous ways to spend hours.
Feeling the material, the texture of the paint, enjoying the colors, the light...painting what I want to be part of it as painting a part of me.
I mostly paint women. Why is that?
My grandma used to say "You are as beautiful as a painting". Women are like paintings to me, so what else could be a better muse to me than female beauty and grace.
I am painting women as I want to see every one of them.
Sensual, sexy, mystic, with curves, fun, self confident and self loving.
Life is a gift, gifts are given for joy...choose happiness and live Wilder, Bewilder!
